Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 10, 2026

Legacy Sustained ("Legacy Sustained," "we," "us," or "our") is operated by Touchwood, LLC, an Idaho limited liability company doing business as Legacy Sustained. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit legacysustained.com or engage with our services (including reflection tools, discovery conversations, our email communications, and speaking inquiries), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our site or providing us your information, you agree to this Policy.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us. When you request a discovery conversation, complete a reflection, subscribe to our emails, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, business/role, and the responses and messages you choose to share.
  • Information collected automatically. When you visit our site we and our service providers automatically collect standard technical data: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and interactions, via cookies and similar technologies (see Cookies & advertising technologies).
  • Advertising interactions. If you reach us through an ad on Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, or a similar platform, we receive limited data about that interaction (e.g., the campaign or click identifier) so we can understand which efforts are working.

How we use your information

  • To provide and personalize our reflection tools and services;
  • To schedule and conduct discovery conversations you request;
  • To send you emails you have consented to receive, and to tailor their relevance;
  • To measure and improve our site, content, and advertising;
  • To operate, secure, and support our business;
  • To comply with legal obligations.

We rely on your consent for marketing emails and non-essential cookies, and on our legitimate interest in operating and improving the business for essential site operation and analytics. Where consent is the basis, you may withdraw it at any time (see Your choices & rights).

Cookies & advertising technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site function, analytics, and — where you consent — advertising measurement. This may include analytics and advertising tools from Google and Meta (for example, a conversion tag or pixel) that help us understand whether our ads lead to meaningful engagement. These tools may set their own cookies and process data under their own privacy policies. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings. We honor applicable opt-out signals.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Service providers who operate our platform, email, scheduling, analytics, and advertising on our behalf, under contract and only as needed;
  • Advertising & analytics platforms (Google, Meta, and similar) as described above, subject to your cookie choices;
  • Legal / safety recipients where required by law or to protect rights and safety;
  • A successor in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer.

Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it. You may ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

Your choices & rights

  • Email: every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link; you can opt out at any time.
  • Cookies: manage non-essential cookies via your browser.
  • Access, correction, deletion, and objection: depending on where you live (including residents of California and the EU/UK), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising them. To make a request, email brian@legacysustained.com. We will verify and respond as required by applicable law.

Children's privacy

Our services are intended for adults and business audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy; we will post the new effective date here and, where appropriate, notify you.
