These Terms govern your use of legacysustained.com and our related services, offered by Touchwood, LLC, an Idaho limited liability company doing business as Legacy Sustained ("we," "us"). By using the site or our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

  1. Our services. Legacy Sustained provides reflection tools, coaching and advisory conversations, educational content, and speaking engagements. Content and reflections are for general informational and developmental purposes and are not legal, financial, tax, medical, or professional advice. You are responsible for decisions you make.
  2. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.
  3. Your conduct. You agree to provide accurate information and not to misuse the site (no unlawful use, interference, scraping without permission, or infringement of others' rights).
  4. Intellectual property. The Legacy Sustained name, logo, content, frameworks, and materials are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without permission. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the site for its intended purpose.
  5. Your submissions. You retain your content; you grant us a license to use the information you submit to provide and improve our services as described in the Privacy Policy.
  6. Third-party links & platforms. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services we link to or that host our tools.
  7. Disclaimers. The site and services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  8. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Touchwood, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for amounts exceeding what you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.
  9. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.
  10. Changes. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
  11. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
