Healthy Leadership. Lasting Legacy.

What kind of legacy are you building?

A lasting legacy is not what we leave behind; it is what continues to grow after we are gone. Legacy Sustained helps leaders — founders, executives, and the people they guide — build lives, teams, and organizations that stay healthy now and endure.

No pressure to decide anything yet. Have a look at the ways we can work together, see what resonates, and — if it fits — let's talk.

The idea

Legacy Sustained is not a consulting company, a software company, or a coaching program. It is a philosophy of healthy human flourishing — and a practice for living it.

The same principles that help a person lead well help a marriage, a family, a team, a school, or a company grow in a way that endures. We believe healthy, sustainable growth follows enduring principles: Trust → Honest Observation → Alignment → Health → Sustainability → Legacy.

Organizations are one expression of the philosophy — not its center. People are. Systems, tools, and technology exist to serve human flourishing, never the reverse.

Brian has lived through enough decisions — and their consequences — to recognize patterns early, ask the questions others miss, and tell symptoms apart from causes. That's what shortens the distance between where you are and where you're trying to go.

Much of this market runs the other way around: newcomers leaning on AI to sound like they've done the work. We use AI the way a master craftsman finally reaches for power tools — decades of judgment guiding every cut, now applied faster and with more precision.

AI can work with everything we tell it. Experience helps us recognize what we haven't told it. The expertise comes first — the tool just lets it go further.

A cairn of balanced stones beside a river
Nobody walks it alone

A cairn is a small stack of stones left by someone who walked ahead — a quiet marker that says, this way.

A Guide doesn't hand you the answer. A Guide helps you learn to orient yourself — to notice, to ask better questions, and to find your own next step.

The Legacy Sustained posture: notice, don't label. Questions, not answers.
The practice

A rhythm you can return to.

Growth isn't a one-time decision. It's a rhythm you walk again and again — each pass a little clearer than the last.

1

Imagine

Picture what health and flourishing could look like here — for the people, not just the numbers.

2

Try

Take one honest, intentional step. Small experiments teach more than grand plans.

3

Observe

Notice what actually happened — without rushing to judge it. Awareness before conclusions.

4

Refine

Discern what to keep, adjust, or let go — and begin the rhythm again, a little wiser.

The system behind it

Everything we do runs on one system: TASS.

The philosophy gives us the why. TASS is the how — the operating system underneath every offering, from a keynote to a full growth engagement. Find your bearings before you pick up the pace.

Trust

Everything healthy grows from trust — with yourself, your people, and reality as it is. It's where every real change begins, and it can't be rushed.

Alignment

Enduring principles — your North Star — that keep you oriented when circumstances change. Not a rigid plan, but a direction you can keep re-checking against.

Systems & Sustainability

Healthy systems turn good intentions into repeatable practice. Sustainability isn't a separate goal you chase; it's the fruit of trust, alignment, and healthy systems working together.

TASS — Trust → Alignment → Systems → Sustainability. Our Growth Engineering (GET) work applies this same system to an organization's growth; our leadership training applies it to people. One system, many doors.

Ways we can work together

A few meaningful ways to work together.

These aren't packages on a shelf — they're real ways we can walk alongside you and the people you lead. Have a look, open the ones that speak to you, and see what resonates. When something fits, the last step is simple: a short, honest conversation. No script, no pressure.

For events & gatherings

Speaking

“Nobody Is Self-Made” — an honest keynote about the people, moments, and unearned gifts behind every “self-made” story, and what that asks of us as leaders. For rooms that want to think, not just applaud.

Conferences · leadership summits · team offsites
What this looks like

We start with a short planning call to align on your audience and the moment, then shape the talk to fit. Three ways to bring it in:

  • Signature keynote — the talk as delivered, 45–60 minutes. From $2,500 + travel.
  • Customized keynote — tailored to your theme and audience. $3,500 + travel.
  • Keynote experience — the talk plus a workshop, Q&A, or breakout with your leaders. $5,000 + travel.

Fixed speaking fees, shared upfront. The Keynote Experience is an extended engagement — distinct from the six-week Beyond the Title program.

A six-week journey into the kind of leadership that doesn’t depend on a title — the presence, judgment, and trust you carry into any room.

Leadership & Team Engagements

Leadership development for a whole team — shared language, healthier habits, and the trust that makes good people work well together.

Leadership teams · departments · growing companies
What this looks like

We design the engagement around where your team actually is — a private cohort of Beyond the Title, focused workshops, or an ongoing cadence of sessions. Built on TASS (Trust → Alignment → Systems → Sustainability) so the change holds after we leave. Want a launch moment? We can open with the keynote and follow it with the program.

From $7,500 for a team · larger cohorts and keynote-plus-program engagements scoped together.

Growth Engineering (GET)

Grow by attracting the right customers — not simply more of them. Engineer trust across the whole journey. The wrong customer often costs more than no customer at all.

Growth-stage & founder-led companies
What this looks like

We apply the Legacy Sustained system to how your organization grows — mapping the whole journey, finding where trust breaks, and building a repeatable practice rather than a one-off campaign. It can start with a focused diagnostic, move into a time-boxed sprint, or become an ongoing partnership.

Scoped together, sized to your journey. We start by understanding where you are before quoting scope.

Longer-term Organizational Work

Some change can’t be done in a workshop. For leaders ready to build something that endures, we walk alongside you over time.

Organizations investing in real, sustained health
What this looks like

An embedded, ongoing partnership — part guide, part thinking partner — applying the whole philosophy to your people, systems, and growth as they evolve. No two engagements are alike, so we design and scope it together from the start.

A custom engagement · designed and priced together.

Start a conversation →

Not sure which fits — or facing something none of these quite name? Tell us what’s on your mind and we’ll think it through with you — start a conversation. And the philosophy itself is always freely shared: you can practice it with nothing but an ordinary notebook. We don’t hide the important things behind a paywall.

Begin

Book a conversation.

Every path here ends the same way: a short, no-pressure conversation about your next step. Pick a time that works, or send a note and we'll find one together.

What to expect: a real conversation, not a sales pitch. We'll listen first, tell you honestly whether we're a fit, and point you to the right next step — even if it isn't us.

Organizations that grow with purpose endure.

So do the people who lead them. Begin where you are — one honest conversation is enough to start.
